1. Consultations & Bookings

All consultations must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Virtual and in-person sessions are conducted only after payment is received in full or per agreed terms.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of each service, all sales are final. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be rescheduled once at Orishaé's discretion. Refunds are not issued for completed services or custom items.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information, discussions, and spiritual details shared during consultations are kept strictly confidential. Orishaé honors spiritual privacy and will never disclose client details to any third party without written consent.

4. Products & Safety

All Orishaé bath kits, spiritual items, and products are created with natural ingredients and spiritual intention. Clients with allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing ingredients and conducting a patch test before use. Orishaé is not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse of products.

5. Shipping & Delivery

For all shipped products, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Tracking information will be provided once available. Orishaé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
